I think of myself as an artist rather than an illustrator, but in truth I am a bit of both. Whereas there is a strong narrative quality to my work, I aim for emotive expression and mood above all else. After two years of making art seriously, I’ve come to associate fine art with moments, feelings, and other fleeting things captured and rendered on canvas or paper.
